Tensaw some records available

Familysearch.org has included a lot of files for view online. They are not indexed. You can look at them one of two ways. Under search, if you select images you put in the place and they will give you records associated. You will find deeds, land records, and other records you would not have found previously.

Also, you can do a catalog search. If you search the catalog with the keyword (like Choctaw) you will find records, There is a radio button to select only online images. I have been browsing these a lot, since they aren't indexed. Yesterday, Eureka, I found something. Under Mobile, a collection of records that are in Spanish from 1788-1798.

So this is what I found.

My ancestor, Frances Pyburn sued Joseph Bates in 1797. This is an example of what you will find.
